Sespe Ranch BunkhouseThe Sespe Ranch Bunkhouse was a boarding house for single Caucasian laborers built in 1910-1911. It was designed by the renowned architectural firm of Greene and Greene. The building was commissioned by Keith Spalding, heir to the Spalding family of baseball and sporting goods fame.

Heritage's scope of professional services included the preparation of Historic American Buildings Survey (HABS) documents, which includes photographs, measured drawings, and a written history. Construction Documents were produced to move the Bunkhouse from Ventura to the California Citrus State Historic Park in Riverside where it would serve as an interpretive element in the display of the history of citriculture in California.
