In 1999 Heritage Architecture & Planning was hired to prepare a Historic Structures Report for the Fourth Ward School Board of Trustees. Heritage subsequently provided architectural services for the complete restoration of the school including the Assembly Room. The Assembly Room provides for live performances by local acting companies. Currently, Heritage is overseeing the reconstruction of the restroom wing.
