Curtis Drake has over 30 years of experience in the architectural profession and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Mr. Drake’s technical know-how has enabled him to serve in various capacities within the firm since 1997. He has worked extensively in design, construction documents, specifications, presentation drawings, custom detailing, CADD development, computer 3-D modeling, construction observation, and code research. Notable recent projects include the San Bernardino Santa Fe Depot, the Santa Barbara Railroad Station, the Balboa Theatre Restoration, and the Balboa Park Façade Ornamentation Restoration.
Mr. Drake is also active in the community. Currently, he serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Save Our Heritage Organisation (SOHO), a significant local, non-profit preservation group dedicated to maintaining cultural and architectural heritage. In addition, Curtis Drake sits on SOHO’s Preservation Action Committee, volunteers regularly as a docent, and is an involved member of the California Preservation Foundation.
